The new KT1414-03 from K2-CNC has 20mm shafts, anti backlash nuts, wider 19 inch material capacity. Use this accurate machine to cut thin aluminum, plastics, and wood. The anti-backlash nut and the .100" pitch lead-screws provide very accurate resolutions and is great for fine inlay work. The pitch also provides great mechanical advantage when cutting hard woods and have been tested to cut 3/8" deep on hard woods at 70IPM using a 3/8" diameter cutting bit. The frame is compatible with Nema 23 motors or K2 servo motors. With the right approach in your tool paths, spindle, cutting bits, and accessories you can achieve results in milling with speed and precision once reserved for top-of-the-line CNC machines. Build Your Own CNC Router
