Wood Carving Machine News Reviews Tips - Learn to Carve Right

How to Locate Exotic Woods for Carving

Found a great site for all you CNC and traditional wood carvers interested in using exotic woods for your carving projects.

The following link will take you to Bonanzle. This is an on line auction service similar to eBay but a lot nicer and kinder to it's Buyers, Sellers, and Affiliate members. Bonanzle is destined to overtake feeBay in the very near future.

I've been using Bonanzle for some time now and I'm very satisfied with how they operate. Hopefully, you will find them useful as well as you locate some really nice exotic woods for that next unique wood carving project.

The Need for a Scanning Sled

I have got to get my butt in gear and put together a scanning sled. I have lots of stuff I want to use the scanning probe on and the only way that is going to happen is with a scanning sled. In case you need to make one too, the plans can be found here.

More Cart Thoughts

I couldn't stop thinking of that rolling cart. Every time I use the machine I want it more and more.

How to Move your Carvewright

Been trying out different locations in my shop for placing the CarveWright. Think I will invest in a rolling cart cause I like the mobility factor. A cart will make it very easy to move this machine around the shop.
